Definitions.
- DC-3: Certificate of Competencies or Job Skills, an official document recognized by the Mexican STPS, issued by the course instructor or training company, both of whom must be registered as an “External Training Agent” with the STPS. This certificate will be delivered in digital format.
- Digital Certificate of Completion: A digital document issued by Grupo JPA.
- LMS: Learning Management System.
- STPS: Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social.
- In-Company Courses: Courses delivered exclusively to a specific company.
- Open Courses: Courses available for enrollment to any individual, regardless of the company they belong to.
- On-Site Courses: Courses delivered in person, either at the client’s facilities or at a location designated by Grupo JPA.
- Online Courses: Courses delivered remotely through a technological platform in synchronous mode.
- On-Demand Courses: Courses delivered asynchronously through Grupo JPA LMS.
- PICC: Programa Integral de Capacitación Consultiva (Comprehensive Consulting Training Program).
General Terms and Conditions.
- We issue a Digital Certificate of Completion and a DC-3 for our Online Courses.
- For cancellations, please refer to the Cancellation Policy applicable to each service.
- All quotations are valid for 15 days.
- We reserve the right of admission to all our Online and On-Demand Courses.
- All content and materials created and used during the delivery of our courses, in any format, as well as the content published on our Websites, Social Media, Downloadable Materials and Brand Portfolio, are the exclusive property of Grupo JPA. The total or partial reproduction, direct or indirect, by any means or procedure, of any digital or physical content or material, is strictly prohibited without the prior express written authorization of the company’s Legal Representative.
Terms and Conditions: In-Company Courses.
- All In-Company Courses may be delivered either at the client’s facilities or remotely.
- In-Company Courses are restricted to members of a single company. This means they are designed with an exclusive focus on the specific challenges and/or requirements of the contracting company or organization.
- The duration of the course may vary, depending on the client’s requirements.
- A Digital Certificate of Completion and, if applicable, a Digital DC-3 Certificate will be issued upon course completion, provided that the participant has attended at least 80% of the sessions (or maintained equivalent presence) and has obtained a minimum grade of 80/100 on their evaluation, if applicable.
Cancellation Policy.
- If the client cancels the service, the following penalties will apply:
- 15 calendar days before the event: 30% penalty of the course value.
- 7 calendar days before the event: 50% penalty of the course value.
- 2 calendar days before the event: 80% penalty of the course value.
- If the client needs to reschedule the course date, no penalty will apply; however, the new date will be subject to the availability of Grupo JPA.
- If Grupo JPA needs to reschedule the course date, the new date will be propsed to the client.
Terms and Conditions: Open Courses (Online or On-Site).
- All Open Courses may be delivered either on-site or online, at the discretion of Grupo JPA.
- Open Courses may be attended by participants from different companies or organizations. However, Grupo JPA will ensure that the course materials and the instructors’ explanations are of high impact and value for all participants.
- The duration of the course may vary, depending on Grupo JPA.
- A Digital Certificate of Completion and, if applicable, a Digital DC-3 Certificate will be issued upon course completion, provided that the participant has attended at least 80% of the sessions (or maintained equivalent presence) and has obtained a minimum grade of 80/100 on their evaluation, if applicable.

Terms and Conditions: PICC (Comprehensive Consulting Training Program).
- The PICC has a duration of 16 hours of training, delivered over 2 months, for a total of 8 courses.
- Cualquier Any participant may enroll and start at any time, as this is a cyclical training program.
- Individuals from any company or organization may register.
- If participants without a valid subscription are detected in any course, the responsible person will be automatically removed from the PICC without the right to a refund, regardless of their progress.
- Registered participants who successfully complete the 16 hours of training will be granted a Digital Certificate of Completion and a Digital DC-3 Certificate. These will be sent directly to the participant within a maximum of 14 calendar days after the completion of the PICC, provided that the participant has attended at least 75% of the sessions (12 hours) and obtained a minimum grade of 80/100 on their evaluation, if applicable.
- All our plans include “Access to Online Course Recordings for 14 calendar days.”
- For all plans, participants will have access to all 8 Online Courses, regardless of their enrollment date.
- All our plans include free access to On-Demand Courses for 90 days from the enrollment date. During this period, participants may take as many courses as they wish. Upon successful completion, with a minimum score of 80/100 on the final evaluation, participants will receive their Digital Certificate of Completion.
- Grupo JPA reserves the right to modify the course titles and syllabi of the PICC, always seeking to uphold our commitment to High Quality for our clients.
Cancellation Policy.
- Participants may cancel their subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be issued.
